I am an existing Premium Member. Where can I view/update my credit card or debit card details used by you for automatically renewing my membership?
Premium Membership accounts are automatically renewed unless you have requested not to. To automatically renew the membership, our payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal or other) securely store your credit card or debit card details and bill it at the end of the subscription period. This process ensures that you have continued access to the membership service without any interruption. You can learn more about other benefits of auto-renewing your membership here.
You can view/update your card details depending upon the payment gateway you have selected during the registration process.
Stripe: If you paid via Credit or Debit Card, it is likely that you have signed up using Stripe.com. To view/update card details, in this case, you can simply visit the Update Your Payment Details by signing into your membership account and visiting My Account>Update Payment Details or click here.
PayPal: If you paid through your PayPal account, we would be unable to provide any information about your card status due to PayPal policy. We suggest you to login into your PayPal account at PayPal.com and update your card details there. We will automatically bill your PayPal account and renew the membership.
For any other payment gateway, we will keep you informed through your registered email address.
