I am an existing Premium Member. Where can I view/update my credit card or debit card details used by you for automatically renewing my membership?
Premium Membership accounts are automatically renewed unless you have requested not to. To automatically renew the membership, our payment gateways (Stripe, 2Checkout, PayPal or other) securely store your credit card or debit card details and bill it at the end of the subscription period. This process ensures that you have continued access to the membership service without any interruption. You can learn more about other benefits of auto-renewing your membership here.
You can view/update your card details depending upon the payment gateway you have selected during the registration process.
Stripe: If you paid via Credit or Debit Card, it is likely that you have signed up using Stripe.com. To view/update card details, in this case, you can contact us and we will send a unique card link where you can view or update your card details. Additionally, we will send you reminders prior to your card expiry or whenever your card is about to expire with a secure link so that you can quickly update your card details.
2Checkout: If you have paid using 2Checkout, then you can easily view/update your card details by logging in at https://www.2checkout.com/ (Separate Username and Password required. Since you are already registered in their system, you can retrieve your password using your registered email address and/or your 2Checkout Order No). If you are unable to carry out this process, please contact us and we will assist you in view/updating card details inside 2Checkout.com.
PayPal: If you paid through your PayPal account, we would be unable to provide any information about your card status due to PayPal policy. We suggest you to login into your PayPal account at PayPal.com and update your card details there. We will automatically bill your PayPal account and renew the membership.
For any other payment gateway, we will keep you informed through your registered email address.
