I have made the payment via bank transfer. When will my Premium Membership account be activated?
If you have sent the payment through bank transfer or wire transfer or bank-to-bank transfer, we request you to immediately send us a scanned copy of the payment receipt received from the bank after the transfer has been made. This works as a proof of payment and will help us quickly verify the payment and activate your membership account.
Bank transfer processes tend to consume a lot of time in effecting the transfer, verifying the bank statements and identifying sender information. So we recommend our users to provide us with the scanned copy of the payment receipt that helps us link with the correct payment and immediately activate the membership account.
If you do not submit a copy of the payment receipt, the activation process of your membership account can get delayed - in some cases, it can up to 4-8 weeks. So we request you to please make sure to send us the receipt as early as possible.
