I am a Premium Member but I am still getting marketing messages, promotions and free newsletters in my email to sign up for the Membership?
Registered Premium Members are automatically unsubscribed or removed from all types of marketing messages, promotions and free newsletters as we are committed to offering a clean and ad-free experience for our customers.
However, in rare cases, the marketing messages creep into the email inboxes of our Premium Members either because they unknowingly re-subscribed to the Free Newsletter service or have an alternative email address (that is not associated with your Membership) or a technical bug fails to automatically unsubscribe you completely.
