I accidentally paid multiple times for the Premium Membership. Can I get a refund?
We usually monitor payment transactions closely on a day-to-day basis. If there is a case of multiple payments under the same account, we issue refunds within 24 hours back to the same card or PayPal account through which the payments originated.
Some refunds are automatically issued by our payment gateway due to transaction failure.
