Is the Premium Membership auto-renewed? Can I cancel the Membership anytime?

IMPORTANT: We send multiple reminders to all members before the renewal date to inform them about the automatic renewal of their membership at the end of the subscription period. It is the member's responsibility to cancel or disable the auto-renewal before the billing date if they do not wish to continue the service. Refunds will not be issued once the membership has been automatically renewed and the payment receipt has been generated.. Your Premium Membership account is automatically renewed annually to ensure uninterrupted access to our valuable resources. However, you have the flexibility to cancel your auto-renewal subscription at any time after signing up.

If you have made the payment via credit or debit card, you can manage your subscription by signing into your membership account and visiting My Account > Update Payment Details or by clicking the "Update Your Card" button to access the secure page where you can view your payment details and cancel your subscription.

For PayPal payments, you can manage your subscription by logging into your PayPal account and disabling the automatic payment from there.

Just to let you know, if you have paid via a one-time invoice or bank transfer or are from a country where automatic renewals are not allowed, your membership will not be auto-renewed.

To avoid unwanted renewals, please contact us at least 3 days before your membership expiry date to request cancellation.
