What is your refund policy?

fundsforNGOs Premium has a 7-day Money Back Guarantee Policy. In this Policy, members can request a refund within 7 days after signing up for the membership if they are not satisfied with the service.

Only members paying through card or PayPal are eligible for the 7-day Money Back Guarantee. Members paying through international bank transfers will not be refunded due to high transaction costs. No refund will be issued after 7 days.

Please note that in most cases we do not be issue refunds for the unwanted auto-renewal of your membership. All members receive at least 4 system reminders every week 30 days prior to billing with an option to cancel the subscription.

Besides, card users get additional reminders from our Payment Gateway (Stripe) about the automatic billing and renewal of the subscription. As per the industry standards, we have put in proper systems to ensure that the membership is automatically renewed without interruption of the service, and all members are informed by email about the auto-renewal.

We will not be held responsible if you were not aware of the automatic billing on your card or PayPal account as sufficient reminders are sent to your registered email address and no refund will be issued in this case.
