Your FundsforNGOs Premium account usually gets blocked when your payment has failed. A payment can fail when our payment processor identifies the transaction as fraudulent or puts your payment on hold for verification purpose, or if you have raised a chargeback with your credit card company or bank. Such payment failures may also occur several weeks after registration and the account may be blocked subsequently. If this happens to you, we request that you to contact your credit card company or your bank directly to resolve the issue.
